Client: Steel Manufacturer
Client Need: Accurately identify the configuration of the existing structure in order to design the new reinforcement structure
Work Performed: 3D scanning, georeferencing to project axis lines, and modeling of the steel structure and existing concrete walls
Deliverable: Georeferenced 3D model integrated into SDS2
Benefit: 3D scanning enables the reproduction of an existing environment as a detailed 3D model, providing a solid foundation for the design process
