Client: Real estate developer – Residia
Client requirement: Document the current condition of the building to support the planning of a future real estate project. The client required a complete site survey to provide a reliable basis for architectural design and feasibility studies.
Work performed: 3D interior and exterior survey of the building at 3700 Berri. Digitization was performed using high-precision terrestrial scanning, followed by complete modeling in Revit.
Deliverables: 3D point cloud of the site and a complete BIM model (Revit) accurately representing the current condition.
Benefits: Allows for more precise planning, facilitates collaboration between various stakeholders, and reduces the risk of errors or oversights during the design and construction phases.
